Worms

Funny Things We Receive From Our Children...

A sand bucket full of worms
A finger with a booger on it- gee thanks
"Art" made from the recycle bin
Mud covered dirty shoes on the kitchen counter
Funny faces
Wooly bear caterpillars
A reality check- ever notice how honest kids are- they don't sugar coat anything- if the pants make your butt look big, they'll tell you that! If you feel tired, they'll tell you that you look it too!
Pockets full of goodies (chapstick) (stickers) that go into the laundry

Ok, so I am going to keep this short, I have 3 posts today ( I know- I'm an overacheiver- Ha ha ha yeah right!) Anyways, check them out and COMMENT!! I've had quite a few new people this week, it's been nice to meet new friends!

My kids give me all kinds of money found on the road and sidewalk...mostly pennies but sometimes nickels and dimes too! That's not so bad!

Your kids are cute!

At least that booger didn't go in the mouth! ;)

My kids seem to always want to hand me their garbage. Doesn't matter if there's a garbage can two feet away if they have a piece of garbage they hand it to me.

And I agree, I love my son (I hope he NEVER finds this) but girls are just great...I love my pair. :)

Happy to find you!

Yeah. Kids are honest. My oldest son said to my, "Mom, you are my sweetheart. Even when you are mean and yell sometimes, you are still my sweetheart."
OUCH! Waaaaa. :(

My kids are always leaving chapstick in the laundry and the mud on the shoes - I can't tell you! Take care.

My favorite is sand & dirt in kids pockets as I'm putting them in the washing machine!

Nasty dandilions (from the neighbors lawn) as a beautiful crusty boquet for Mom.

Notes from their teachers (a week later)

*I love the pictures of your gorgeous family! 4 girls how fun! I did get a boy & he's SO SO different from the girls. But, it's just a different kind of fun. You'd be surprised how you learn to play with him! He & I play Power Rangers ALL the time, he's a nut!

Your babies are so sweet, you will have your hand full when they are teens though!

It's been a long day and my brain can't think of anything right now but I totally second all the "gifts" on your list.

I hear you on the treasures. Our daughter is a rock collector, many a rock has made its way into the washing machine or the dryer. She doesn't just stop at rocks she also collects big chinks of concrete. No wonder her backpack is so heavy ;-)

My personal favorite was when my son left a ball point pen in his pocket of his cargo jeans. Took me an hour to clean my washer with rubbing alcohol. Also, when we are out somewhere, my younger son will hand me his chewed up gum if there is no garbage can available. Gee, thanks! :)
